A ceramic coating forms a durable bond with the vehicle’s paintwork, enhancing gloss and creating a hydrophobic surface that helps repel water, road grime and environmental contamination.
It does not hide existing defects. Every vehicle is therefore safely washed, chemically decontaminated and closely inspected before application. Machine polishing is then tailored to the age, condition and finish of the paint.
This controlled preparation improves clarity and gloss while creating the clean, refined foundation required for reliable coating adhesion and consistent long-term performance.

Ceramic Coating FAQs
Will ceramic coating prevent stone chips and scratches?
No. Ceramic coating improves chemical resistance and ease of maintenance but does not provide meaningful impact protection. XPEL paint protection film should be considered where protection from stone chips and road debris is required.
Why is machine polishing needed before coating?
The coating is transparent, so existing swirl marks, scratches and haze remain visible underneath it. Polishing refines the finish and prepares the surface for reliable coating adhesion.
Which preparation package is right for my car?
New or well-maintained paint normally suits Level 1, moderate defects suit Level 2, and heavier defects or the highest finish requirement suit Level 3. The vehicle is assessed before the final package is confirmed.
How should a coated car be maintained?
Use pH-neutral shampoo, safe hand-washing methods and a coating-safe drying towel. Avoid automatic brush washes. An annual maintenance detail can be arranged where deeper cleaning is required.
What is required to maintain the guarantee?
The coating must be registered and correctly maintained. Complimentary annual inspections are required to retain the manufacturer’s guarantee; these inspections are separate from a chargeable maintenance detail.
How long does a ceramic coating take to apply?
Most packages take between two and five days depending on the preparation level, the size of the vehicle and the condition of the paint. We confirm the timescale when the package is agreed.
