Had some PPF fitted on specific areas of a new car of which he did a great job. This included a few areas that there was not a template for. However Justin managed to create/mock something up to fit the areas and the results are excellent, just like the templated areas, barely visible, as it should be. I just collected my Tesla M3 RWD LR having had it ceramic coated there and I'm so impressed. Justin represents what we always hope to get when we hire a professional. He's knowledgable without being condescending, he's polite and friendly, he's obviously skilled, and he's not afraid to go above and beyond. To that last point, he offered to fix a paint scrape on my car for me (using a ChipEx touch up kit I'd already bought), and also dropped me off at the train station after dropping off and picked me up the following day for collection (I'm somewhat impaired with walking). The car looks incredible, and what I wasn't expecting is he also includes a full detailing/washing kit from GTechniq (The gtechniq essential maintenance kit) along with a load of advice to keep it clean and in good condition. I took my 911 Targa to him, that had clearly suffered at the rough hands of a bunch of ‘car wash’ enterprises! Despite comprehensive ’pre-sales’ detailing at the main dealer, it was still far from looking its best. Justin took on the challenge and after 5 days of fastidious work, it was transformed! The targa top was massively improved and re-proofed. The wheels were removed and rejuvenated using specialist tools and knowledge. The glass was treated and is now totally hydrophobic! The interior was freshened and spotless. And finally, the paintwork is better than the day it first left the showroom, six years ago, and fully protected with a ceramic coating. The car looks so much better and without doubt, will preserve, or even enhance, its value. First thing I wanted to do was to have PPF applied to protect the beautiful paint work. I googled local installers and came across Justin and Exclusive Car Care. From all the 5 star reviews I knew I was in safe hands. I contacted Justin only a week before delivery and to my luck he was able to fit me. I dropped the car off to him on a Wednesday afternoon and he was going to have it until Monday/Tuesday however to my great surprise he contacted me Saturday evening to say it was ready (he had come in on the Saturday to finish it off) and I could collect Sunday. I was very excited as I had literally waited months for my new car only to have 30 minutes in it driving it to Justin. Justin did a fantastic job and I can't believe how shiny the car was. As well as PPF being applied Justin had machine polished the car and also applied ceramic wax. I've had the car for just over 2 weeks now and the dirt literally falls off. The results are amazing and the car looks fantastic with a deep, glossy shine. Although the car is new the dealership had already introduced some swirl marks, particularly in the exterior gloss plastic trim, Justin has corrected this and the finish is now perfect. I’ve had PPF fitted before to a brand new M5 a few years ago and that was a really good job, that I was very happy with, but this is at a whole new level. It’s as good as impossible to see any of the edges and the overall finish is just superb. The attention to detail is amazing. He came out on a Sunday to let me drop the car off, which was much more convenient for me than during the week - and then gave me a lift back to the station. Then at the last minute, I elected to go for a ceramic coating as well as the 'performance pack' PPF, and he was able to fit that into the same visit without having to extend the amount of time the car was with him. He was also very helpful, talking directly to a third party bodyshop to help work through an issue that really wasn't anything to do with him. I have always delayed putting my car to a professional detailer, thinking I could achieve near enough same results. Completely wrong. Couldn't believe the different shade of white that Justin managed to bring back after a 2 Stage correction and treatment. Not the easiest of colours to notice a difference but it is now flawless. Dont bother wasting time by thinking you will be able to achieve the same results. The cost of the equipment and products, the time it would require and the money you would have to spend to rectify it if you get it wrong. Exclusive car care offers different solutions based on your car, age and what it requires. The little things like picking me up from the train station, the free bottle of G Wash and sorting out a tyre go a long way.
